Manifest Your Dreams with Ho’oponopono

At Ho‘omana we practice the Bowl of Light Manifesting practice. Manifesting is not just about wishing – it’s about clearing, forgiving, and creating energetic space for your heart’s desires. If it exists in your dreams, then it IS.:

Don’t be afraid to dream big. That vision you have? That thing you want but are scared to say out loud? That life you see so clearly when you close your eyes? It’s real. It EXISTS. Or it wouldn’t be showing up in your consciousness.

But here’s where most people get it wrong. They whisper their desires. They ask timidly. They say “maybe” or “I hope one day.” They attach conditions: “maybe once I lose 10 lbs,” or “maybe when I finish my degree,” or “maybe when I reach a certain financial status.” Or they spend too much time reflecting on what they don’t want rather than focusing on what they most desire.

No.

When you’re manifesting, you need to state it LOUDLY to the universe – strong, confident, clear, and with conviction.

Step 1: Release What No Longer Serves You

If you’ve been reflecting on what you don’t want, you might need to release it first to make space for what you do want. Manifesting isn’t only about what you wish to bring in—it begins with letting go of what isn’t aligned with your desire.

For example, if you want to call in the perfect partner, but your first thoughts are:

  • “I’m not sure I can trust someone.”
  • “What if they break my heart?”
  • “What if I’m not attractive enough?”

…these thoughts aren’t aligned with calling in the love of your life.

Try this instead:

“I release _______ [what no longer serves me], and I bring in ______ [what I desire].”

Not “I want.” Not “I hope for.”

I. BRING. IN.

That’s the energy. That’s the frequency. That’s how you call it forward.

Step 2: Refuse to Settle

Too many people settle. They give up on their dreams because it feels easier, safer, less scary than going after what they actually want. But settling isn’t humility. It’s not being realistic. It’s abandoning yourself.

Continuously striving toward your dreams, your desires, your purpose – that’s self-love. Refusing to shrink, refusing to play small, refusing to accept less than what your soul is calling for – that is how you honor yourself.

Step 3: Claim Your Big Dream

Right now, think about that big dream in your heart – the one you’ve been too scared to claim out loud and with your whole heart. Say it:

“I bring in ____ [your dream].”

Say it like you mean it. Say it like it’s already yours. Because energetically it already is. You just have to match the frequency.

Dream big, baby. The universe is listening. 🌟✨

What are you manifesting? Drop it in the comments 👇 Say it OUT LOUD. Claim it.
